"In-depth knowledge of the steel processing industry, the supply chain and production machines is my basis. I have seen hundreds of manufacturing companies internationally from the inside and contributed to their production technology set-up. I founded SURPEX as a transformation specialist in 2016 following the successful restructuring of a machine building company for steel processing machinery. I gained so much experience and knowledge in overcoming a major crisis and the resulting change processes that I decided to make this expertise along with my knowledge and experience available to other companies."
